We suppose that this site would not be complete without some general information about Medjugorje. Medjugorje is a village in the former Yugoslavia, now Bosnia-Hercegovina, where in 1981, the Virgin Mary began appearing to 6 children and giving messages for the world. The Virgin Mary titled Herself the Queen of Peace, and said that God had sent Her to the world.
Though not all 6 visionaries still see the Virgin Mary everyday, 3 continue to see Her everyday. As of 2011, Medjugorje is celebrating 30 years of daily apparitions of the Virgin Mary.
